Attorney Joseph M. Arnold
Attorney Joseph M. Arnold has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of legal affairs. After graduating near the top of his class from San Joaquin College of Law, he has gone on to litigate several high-profile classes. His work in Pinto v. City of Visalia helped establish precedents that would protect the private lives of police officers. In Cross Church v. The Men’s Society, he worked on important issues impacting the First Amendment.
His experience and accomplishments include several areas of law. He has taken cases to the appellate courts, including the state Supreme Court of California. Appeals hearings have a very different dynamic and rules than do cases in the original court. Clients who come to Attorney Arnold can be confident that he can see their case all the way through. With a master’s degree in business management, Attorney Arnold has a nuanced understanding of what are often complex business and financial matters in divorce cases.
Attorney Arnold has served with distinction as a Seargent with the Madera County Sheriff’s Department. He went on to work with the District Attorney’s Office and with a firm that focused on labor law. His resume includes becoming a managing partner of the law firm of Arnold & Blea, LLP. Overall, his breadth of experience and knowledge made him well-suited to step out independently, and he founded Arnold Law Group, APC.
He firmly believes in the principles of justice that our legal system was founded on. That means he works diligently in his preparation and is passionate about the advocacy that lawyers must bring on behalf of their clients.
Mr. Arnold is an active member of, and in good standing with, the California State Bar Association, the Fresno County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Public Defender’s Association.
